Free trial
Every plan starts with a free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged anything at all - cancelling is a normal part of trying it out, not something you need to justify.
After you've been charged
Once a billing period has started, we don't automatically refund the unused portion if you cancel partway through - your access simply continues until that period ends, same as most monthly subscriptions. If you think you were charged in error, or something about your billing looks wrong, get in touch and we'll look into it.
How to cancel
Cancel any time from your account's billing settings, which hands off to Stripe's self-serve portal. No need to email us just to cancel.
